UV nail art

I ordered this because I've been having so much problem with drying my nail polish.

and so here it is.

It's pretty big and the one I got has 4 bulbs, it also has a timer so you can set a time for the length you want to keep it under the  UV.

Here you go, 4 bulbs. they look really cool and of course blue lights, and the baking time is really fast.

so cute and I'm so glass I bought those UV lights

oh and of course I bought some brushes for my nails

I've actually been trying to smuggle some of these awesome tocino from the PI to here but they always hold it in customs, surprisingly I found these goodies on longs kamehameha shopping center and of course I bought enough to share.

this is hubby helping me cook it in our grill.

And this is our awesome dessert, some magnolia UBE/TARO ice-cream! so so yum!

So this happened before christmas of course, but I'm so delayed in posting it and I'm cramming to post things to keep records of all my 2011 before the year end.

Anyway added some new Christmas decor for this year, and this is my fave, my giant santa. He's not exactly giant but he's the biggest santa I saw on the store and so I bought it. 

I also bought a rain deer and snow man for my door knob decor. Really cute!

And of course we always have to have a christmas tree and of course kamana'o wants it to be real.

Ricky San Farewell :/

This is another sad event.

Ricky's Farewell party @ Shillawon Korean restaurant.

ofcourse everybody was there, and Preston reserved a room for us to have our party.

This was actually my first time going to this korean restaurant and I'm pretty stocked that it was a really good experience.

So this is everyone making a toast for ricky, and of course. I don't drink so obviously I'm the one taking the photo.

I don't know what this soup is called but it's really good, this is actually Czar's bowl that, I ate all mine.

Yey! me and ricky at the party ^__^ so sad he's leaving us, We were all making fun of him because he was so red.

Overall I think the party was a success, everybody came and everybody had a great time, specially ricky and czar, that got really drunk and my boss too haha. It was so fun and we are all surely gonna miss ricky ^__^.

My farewell

I know this is all so late but I've been so busy that I didn't have time to update the events that has happened.

and I'm going to blow up this blog because I'm trying to make a record of my meaningful events of 2011 before 2012 :/ so here is it is.

This was one of the saddest day of my 2011, because this is the last day at PPG :/ this was 

my farewell party @ GYUKAKU. It was fun and sad at the same time.

I seriously miss everyone :(

So these are my co-workers...

they are all way older than me but, they are so much fun to work with.

This is the cow tongue that my boss dared me to do and me and bill did it for fun.

Interesting that it tasted good.

We seriously ordered so much food this was just all my order and my first round. Everybody ordered minimum 3 plates and 3 rounds.

Q-POT Docomo S-04d

OH MY GOSH!! OH MY GOSH!! OH MY GOSH!!

Q-pot and Docomo is collaborating again to build this super kawaii phone >_< but it's not going coming out till feb :< so so sad yet so so excited! I seriously want this phone! and it's actually a smart phone and it has a choco bed that is use to do the charging wireless.

 the way you charge the phone is you simply set it on top of the choco bed and it charges wirelessly and look how cute it is, the back is glossy chocolate decor >__< ahhh! I super want one!

I have a fancy fancy event that I'm priviledge to attend and  I need some sexy shoes to match my little black dress. So here are some candidates for the job but I'm still looking for more, I just can't decide yet.

Modern ThanksGiving

I haven't actually posted my thanksgiving celebration and I have a load of photos from it. but let me give you a lil background of how we found this nice place.We both decided that we want out thanksgiving to be totally peaceful and just pure relaxing, so we looked for hotels in every hotel sites we know, and we both keep coming across this hotel The Modern on hotels.com, expedia, orbits etc. and its on the most recommended on all those sites so since everything was so last minutes since we were both so busy working, so finally we decided to just give it a try.

So on thanksgiving we packed out bags and went to the hotel, and we were both so please that it turned out just like the picture. Here are the photos we took on our mini vaca.

Right next to the Modern is ilikai hotel, and there's a bridge that wouls lead you the beach.

this is their front desk, pretty artistic, i like all those broken surf board hehe.

and this is the lobby, I like the ambiance, it's really simple the lights are dim and they have a super cute book shelf that serve as a door to something~ I'll tell you about that later.

This is our rooms number, this is another thing that makes the place different, the numbers are written in words instead of numbers, pretty classy.

we tried to get a higher floor with a king but unfortunately because we booked it on the very last minute, we only get to stay on the third which i don't really mind anyway. this is our room, clean very minimalistic.

we went to the frist floor were the pool is, and this is their lobby.

I like the bohemian style of the furnitures, funny that i actually saw a tag on it that said maid in the philippines O_O,well I guess it's cheaper price and same quality.

this is the pool, I really love the wood floor and those pool bench that's in the pool... I was so excited to use them.

there's also an eating are near the pool and a bar.

right next to the pool is the very classy and relaxing resturaunt Morimoto's, yes! he's the guy from iron chef.

I really love the style of it, hubby liked the huge charcoal bowl, he wasnt one for out house now hehe

He think it's perfect for smores with friends.

Now! here's my fave part of the hotel... the private beach bar

so you go up the wooden stairs and you  see this relaxing spot. Lucky me that It's always empty

there's a small pool upstairs ( not really for swimming ) and they put some white sand and plants and cool benches too.

This was taken from my fisheye lens for my iphone, so it's not as capable as my real fisheye lens but anyway this is what the private beach bar looked like.

Another thing that I absolutley love about the place is the beds, there's literally beds everywhere~ i just love it, this is really what we're looking for a place to relax and you pretty much encouraged to relax because there's beds everywhere you go.

These are the benches,and if you looked on the far back you'll see a hamic, and that one the hubby really liked. ^__^

remember the book shelf in the lobby~ so this is why it's special, because at night it turns into a door to a bar.

and they have corals for decorations in the bar, it's pretty neat.

MY over all experience was just amazing! I absolutley loved the place, I was actually surprized that it became the perfect place for me to relax and becuase we got it for cheap we didn't expect much from it, but I'm pretty happy we tried it. I would definetly come back here again. ~ maybe christmas ^___^ and valentines day  hehe
